Our Story

Jurassic Bees is a family-run apiary in Owermoigne, Dorset. Our bees forage across farmland, hedgerows, and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, creating honey that’s as unique as the landscape itself.

Every jar is raw and unpasteurised, retaining natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour that supermarket honey often loses. We maintain the highest standards of hive care and bee health.

Whether it’s a spoonful in tea, a drizzle over breakfast, or baking, you’ll taste the authentic flavour of the Dorset countryside in every jar.

Best honey in Dorset

The honey is so clear, perfectly runny and has most delicious taste.
Also the fact that it's locally produced by the lovely beekeepers is a huge win.
Thank you 🙂

I have been looking for years

Delicious, of course, and there are some suggestions that local honey helps to ease local hay fever too! Home delivery was an unexpected bonus, all with a smile, and I even like the graphics on the jar.
