Our Summer National nucs are perfect if you’re starting later in the season or looking to expand your apiary. Raised in Dorset on the Jurassic Coast, these colonies come with a fresh, strong queen and brood at all stages to ensure rapid development.
Choose between a Buckfast queen for calm handling and consistent productivity, or a Carniolan queen for fast summer build-up and strong honey yields. Each nuc is supplied on six National frames in a Paynes poly nuc box.

Summer National nucs are available for June delivery. You’ll be notified at least two weeks before dispatch.

- 1 x Queen as per the description.
- 1 x Paynes Poly Nucleus with a ventilated lid and side feeder less than 8 months old
- All frames and foundation less than 12 months old, marked green to indicate year they were put into service
