Our Overwintered National nucs are proven colonies that have successfully overwintered in Dorset on the Jurassic Coast. They are ready to expand rapidly as soon as spring arrives.
Choose between a UK-mated Buckfast queen for calm temperament and productivity, or a Carniolan queen for fast build-up and exceptional honey yields. Both are raised in Dorset, disease-checked, and supplied on six National frames.

Overwintered National nucs are available for April delivery. You’ll be notified at least two weeks before dispatch.
