Starting a Flow Hive? Our 6-frame Langstroth nucleus colonies (nucs) are the perfect way to give your bees the best possible start. Unlike packages of bees, our nucs already contain brood, food stores, and a laying queen, making them stronger, more balanced, and ready to thrive.

Because Flow Hives use Langstroth brood boxes, our nucs are fully compatible and can be transferred directly into your hive. Each colony is headed by a UK-mated 2026 F1 Buckfast queen, bred for calm temperament and steady laying, ensuring your Flow Hive establishes quickly and grows into a healthy, productive colony.

Raised in Dorset’s Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, our bees forage on diverse local flora, resulting in strong, resilient, and sustainable colonies.

It was a great pleasure meeting and dealing with Charlie who very clearly is an extremely knowledgable apiarist he introduced the bees and the queen bee into my hobby bee hive in the most professional manner explaining every detail most clearly his after sales service is exceptional and I highly reccommend Charlie to anyone who has an interest in Bee Keeping.
